DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated in the descriptive text of an item, delivery costs are calculated automatically when you confirm your basket and before confirming the order.

Secret d'Apothicaire undertakes to ship the items ordered as quickly as possible: shipments are generally made within 72 hours (no shipments on Saturdays and Sundays) following validation of the order and at the latest within 5 working days following validation of the order (unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site and the order validation screen, in particular in the event of closure for holidays)

Shipments are made by post (Colissimo tracking), with tracking number. An email indicating the tracking number is sent to you as soon as the shipment is made. For mainland France, the deadline guaranteed by La Poste is 48 hours for Colissimo. A complaint can be made in the event of non-compliance with this deadline.

Any customs fees, import taxes or customs formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

A shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number, is sent to you after each deposit with the carrier.
