When using for the first time, let the candle burn for about an hour so that the wick is nourished and burns perfectly. The melting pool is created evenly and the wax will then hollow out regularly.

Next time, let your candle burn in two to three hour increments.

Trim the wick regularly to prevent the candle from smoking and re-center it after extinguishing the candle to prevent the glass from blackening.

Avoid placing your candle in a draft and place it on a base to avoid direct contact with a glass, wood or marble surface.

Do not move it while it is lit or still hot.

To preserve the scent of your candle, place the lid back on it when it has cooled.
